Jessica's education includes a Masters in Social Work from San Diego State University and continued lifelong learning. Jessica has an extensive background in social work and mental health, including over 25 years experience providing assistance across the life-span. Her specialty is supporting individuals through periods of stress and transition: trauma, family structure changes, medical issues, professional shifts, grief and loss. Understanding that all endings are beginnings, and all beginnings are ends, offers a path to acceptance and healing. Jessica helps patients identify compassionate reframes and learn coping skills to ease suffering and energize moving forward with confidence. Jessica's career has been dedicated to connecting people to new ideas, resources and insights to maximize their potential. A believer in a holistic health, she utilizes various modalities of treatment including: Mindfulness, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Solution Focused strategies and strengths based person-centered trauma informed healing.
